At Wholesale City, we strive to ensure your home essentials meet the highest standards, but if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for bulk furniture items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
